Valonz Group – Digital Education Ticket Terms

OVERVIEW

Welcome to Valonz Group.

The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Valonz Group / Valonz Education.

We provide digital education tickets for online and in-person educational experiences, delivered digitally (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.

By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with a purchase.

 

 

 

SECTION 1 – DIGITAL TICKETS ONLY

All products sold are digital education tickets.

  • Tickets are delivered digitally via email or account access

  • No physical tickets will be issued

  • Each ticket contains a digital stamp or identifier representing the number of valid entries

  • Tickets are redeemed on the day of the event or during the applicable access period

  • Tickets are valid only for the purchaser unless explicitly stated otherwise

You are responsible for ensuring your email details are correct at checkout.

 

 

 

SECTION 2 – NO REFUNDS / NO CANCELLATIONS

All ticket sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, credits, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Failure to attend or access the event

  • Misuse, loss, or non-redemption of tickets

  • Internet, device, or technical issues outside our control

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.

 

 

 

SECTION 3 – DATA COLLECTION & MARKETING CONSENT

By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for purposes including but not limited to:

  • Ticket delivery and verification

  • Event communications

  • Educational updates

  • Marketing, promotions, and future Valonz Group offerings

Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

 

 

 

SECTION 4 – EVENT ACCESS & REDEMPTION

  • Tickets may only be redeemed once, unless otherwise stated

  • Entry is subject to verification at the event or platform

  • Unauthorized duplication, resale, or sharing of tickets may result in cancellation without compensation

We reserve the right to refuse entry if ticket misuse or breach of these Terms is identified.

 

 

 

SECTION 5 – EVENT CHANGES

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify event content, speakers, format, or schedule

  • Deliver education in a different format (e.g. digital instead of in-person) where reasonably necessary

Such changes do not entitle the purchaser to a refund.

 

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All education materials, content, recordings, slides, videos, and resources remain the exclusive intellectual property of Valonz Group.

You may not:

  • Record

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Resell

  • Share access

without prior written consent.

 

 

 

SECTION 7 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valonz Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:

  • Attendance or non-attendance

  • Use of educational content

  • Reliance on information provided

All education is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute business, financial, or professional advice.

 

SECTION 8 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
